Journalists are always under the gun. It’s always a race with the
deadline clock to get copy turned in. So much so they are always
putting stuff off until the last minute. That is why journalists like
procrastinating. So much in fact . . .

Do you think people become journalists because they´re procrastinators, or procrastinators because they´re journalists? I´ve developed a lot more respect for deadlines working in the media than I ever had at varsity… That said, I´m still a terrible procrastinator.
